At Kaleidos Makeup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or swatched cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team at support@kaleidosmakeup.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused items in their original product packaging and shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
